Design of high-efficiency magnetic system based on three-dimensional electromagnetic field analysis. The same external dimensions of AC electromagnet and DC electromagnet are realized. (FJ-B06, B09, B12) Development of DC magnetic system ● The magnetic system with small size and low energy consumption has been developed by using permanent magnets. ● Strive to minimize the leakage magnetic flux, reduce the loss and realize miniaturization by optimizing the magnetic circuit. The direct drive power of the electromagnetic system is only 2.4W, which can realize the direct drive of the PLC output signal. Development of AC magnetic system ● Optimization of iron core structure. ● The iron core fixed rivet is arranged at the best position that will not affect the magnetic circuit, which can reduce the eddy current loss caused by it. Using the above optimal design, the coil electromagnetic system has been developed with a power consumption of 4.5VA, which meets the level 2 standard of energy efficiency, and belongs to energy-saving products. The optimization of thermal elements and reversing mechanism is realized through 3D thermal imaging analysis and simulation test of reversing mechanism. 3D thermal imaging analysis The discussion of thermal elements is carried out through 3D thermal imaging analysis.
